The service
Money Envelopes is an organizational savings tool. It does not hold, transfer or invest real money, connect to bank accounts, or provide banking, investment, tax or financial advice. You remain responsible for financial decisions and for independently verifying important records.
Your account and records
You must provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials and use the app lawfully. Amounts, projections and reports depend on information you enter and may contain mistakes or become outdated. Export any records you need to preserve.
Free and Premium access
The free version supports up to two active envelopes. Premium currently provides unlimited active envelopes and PDF reports. Available features may evolve, but an active purchase will be honored according to the offer presented at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions and lifetime purchase
- Monthly and yearly Premium plans are auto-renewable subscriptions billed through your Apple Account.
- Payment is charged by Apple when the purchase is confirmed. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple subscription settings before the renewal date.
- Prices and billing periods are shown in the app and App Store before purchase and may vary by country, currency and tax.
- Premium Lifetime is a non-consumable purchase for the supported lifetime of the Money Envelopes service; it is not an auto-renewable subscription.
- You can restore eligible purchases from the app. Apple controls billing, cancellation and refund decisions.
Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its infrastructure, evade purchase controls, reverse engineer it where prohibited, or use it for unlawful activity.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the app reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Features may be corrected, improved, limited or discontinued when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or operation of the service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for financial decisions, missed goals, inaccurate user entries, or indirect losses arising from reliance on the app. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Ending use
You may stop using the app and permanently delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel an Apple subscription; subscriptions must be managed separately through Apple.
Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, without limiting consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Disputes should first be raised using the contact address below.
